Establishing permanent habitual patterns takes time and daily repetition, that’s why my program will keep you on track during a full 12 months, compounding nutrition and lifestyle skills that become yours.

Get daily reminders and brief descriptions of what to focus on

I’ll ask you to track how consistent you’re being in practicing each habit. To support your progress, I’ll send you brief lessons in the form of articles, videos, and audio files. Every week or two, I’ll ask you to provide bodyweight, measurements, photos, and other markers to help track your progress over time.

Unlike many other online coaching services, membership is limited

This is because you’ll receive personal attention from me throughout your journey. I will personally monitor your progress and work with you to address your “limiting factors.” These are the one or two puzzle pieces holding you back from moving forward.

360 Coaching

Do you need the accountability, motivation, and support of exercising with a coach?
360 Coaching adds exercise coaching to your program. After scheduling a mutually convenient time to meet via video conference, I’ll perform an initial movement assessment and program three workouts each month based on your skill level, goals and time. Each month we’ll meet to run through next months exercise program.
